Following the death of series figure Dr. Francis B. Gröss, his colleague Dr. Louis Flellis takes over as host, presenting another collection of staged and sensational case studies examining mortality through the franchise’s signature mock-documentary format.
 
Produced nearly a decade after the original Faces of Death, this 1990 installment shifts further toward overt exploitation and darkly comic presentation while retaining the pseudo-documentary structure that made the series a cult video-store phenomenon.
