A New Kind of Love (1963) Limited Edition (Australian Import) [Blu-ray]

A New Kind of Love 1963 Limited Edition Blu-ray presents Melville Shavelson’s glossy romantic comedy in its worldwide Blu-ray debut from Imprint. Real-life couple Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward star alongside Thelma Ritter, Eva Gabor and Maurice Chevalier, who appears as himself.

Journalist Steve Sherman meets fashion buyer Samantha Blake on a flight to Paris, and the two clash almost immediately. After Samantha undergoes a glamorous makeover, Steve mistakes her for a high-end call girl, and she decides to play along under the name Mimi.

Playful, polished and full of 1960s Hollywood style, A New Kind of Love blends mistaken identity, Parisian glamour and classic romantic comedy charm. This Limited Edition Australian import includes a 1080p Blu-ray presentation, new video essay, original pressbook and English HOH subtitles, limited to 1,500 copies.
