Originally produced on standard-definition videotape and frequently aired on late-night television, these films capture a uniquely sleazy, playful moment in direct-to-video comedy history.

In The Bikini Carwash Company, naive Midwesterner Jack McGowan arrives in Los Angeles to run his uncle’s failing carwash and quickly finds himself in over his head. With the help of business-savvy Melissa Reeves and her bikini-clad crew, the carwash is transformed into the slipperiest operation in town, where entrepreneurial ambition collides with unapologetic cheesecake chaos.

The Bikini Carwash Company II turns up the heat as the crew faces a hostile buyout attempt from a shady businessman. To save the carwash, the women pivot to a lingerie cable venture, unleashing even more outrageous antics and low-budget excess. Together, the films embody the anything-goes spirit of early-1990s home-video comedy, packed with sight gags, innuendo, and cult-movie personalities.

Both films have been newly up-converted and remastered from their original SD videotape masters to HD, presented in their original 1.33:1 aspect ratios to preserve their authentic look. This MVD Rewind Blu-ray brings both features together alongside bonus VHS versions and new commentary for fans of late-night cable nostalgia.

directed by: Ed Hansen, Gary Orona
starring: Kristi Ducati, Joe Dusic, Suzanne Browne
1992 / 175 min / 1.33:1 / English stereo

Language: English

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0747/8096/6982/files/file_7140958f-5f15-4368-98b5-7409370fbe99.jpg?v=1791342664
https://peakbooks.co/products/bikini-carwash-company-bikini-carwash-company-ii-double-feature-blu-ray
