Eaten Alive [4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray]

Eaten Alive 4K Ultra HD marks the worldwide UHD premiere of Umberto Lenzi’s most outrageous and notorious cannibal adventure, presented for the first time ever in stunning 4K. Following the success of Man From Deep River, Lenzi escalates every element of the cycle with a feverish descent into jungle madness, where a rescue mission into the wilds of New Guinea unleashes primitive rituals, cult fanaticism, gratuitous excess, and relentless flesh-chomping brutality.

Starring Robert Kerman, Janet Agren, Ivan Rassimov, Paola Senatore, Me Me Lai, and Mel Ferrer, the film functions as a savage greatest-hits compilation of Italian exploitation excess. Featuring a deranged cult leader, recycled wartime footage, and Lenzi’s trademark shock tactics, Eaten Alive remains one of the most infamous entries in the cannibal subgenre, balancing outrageous spectacle with relentless nihilism.

Newly scanned in 4K from the CRI, this edition delivers the film in its best presentation to date and includes over four hours of special features, highlighted by a newly discovered discussion between Umberto Lenzi and Ruggero Deodato that offers rare insight into the cannibal film boom and its legacy.
