Lips of Blood SE Blu-ray presents Jean Rollin’s 1975 fantastique vampire film in a UK import standard edition from Indicator. One of Rollin’s best-loved works, the film brings together many of his signature images: ruined châteaux, remote beaches, abandoned graveyards, mysterious twins and dreamlike encounters that blur memory, desire and nightmare.

When a photograph of a decaying seaside château awakens a childhood memory of a mysterious girl, Frederick becomes determined to uncover the truth behind the vision. His search leads him into a strange hidden world where the past refuses to stay buried and reality begins to slip away.

Starring Jean-Loup Philippe, Natalie Perrey, Cathy Castel and Marie-Pierre Castel, Lips of Blood is a haunting and atmospheric entry in Rollin’s distinctive body of work. This UK import SE Blu-ray includes a new 4K restoration, commentaries, archival interviews, critical appreciation, trailer, image gallery and improved subtitles.
