The Quiet (2005) Special Edition (Australian Import) [Blu-ray]

The Quiet 2005 Special Edition Blu-ray brings the disturbing psychological drama to Blu-ray for the first time worldwide. After the death of her father, deaf teenager Dot is taken in by her godparents and their daughter Nina, entering a household where appearances conceal a growing collection of dark secrets.

At first, Dot and Nina seem like complete opposites, but the distance between them begins to disappear as the truth about the family gradually emerges. With tensions mounting inside the home, the two teenagers are drawn closer together as the secrets surrounding them threaten to consume everyone involved.

Dark, intimate and increasingly unsettling, The Quiet builds its tension around isolation, secrecy and a dysfunctional family pushed toward a breaking point. This Special Edition Australian import includes a collection of behind-the-scenes featurettes and cast interviews.
