Maine-Ocean Express (1986) throws together strangers on a wildly comic journey across languages and cultures. Rozier’s final feature Fifi Martingale (2001) is a backstage theatre farce about superstition, ego and creative disaster.

Together these films showcase Rozier’s playful storytelling, humanistic observation and singular place within the history of French cinema.

directed by: Jacques Rozier
starring: Yveline Céry, Bernard Ménez, Jacques Villeret, Jean-François Stévenin and others
1962–2001 / France / French / Mono PCM audio

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0747/8096/6982/files/file_d06baa6a-e938-4c7e-8c7e-a8a4fba5e011.webp?v=1791342112
https://peakbooks.co/products/time-to-play-films-by-jacques-rozier-limited-edition-uk-import-region-b-blu-ray
