Shipping & Pickup

Peak Books ships within Canada only. Standard shipping is $6.99 for eligible single-item orders and $9.99 for orders containing two or more items. Some thicker or heavier single items may also require the $9.99 shipping rate. Final shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $125 or more after discounts and before tax and shipping. Orders updated after purchase may also qualify based on the combined merchandise total after discounts and before shipment.

Free Calgary pickup is available at checkout. Please wait until you receive your pickup-ready email before coming to collect your order. Current pickup instructions and booking details are provided when your order is ready.

In-stock orders generally ship within 1–2 business days once all items in the order are available and ready to ship. Orders containing pre-orders or Special Orders are held until the complete order is ready. Processing may take slightly longer during major releases, promotions or unusually busy periods.

Most shipments include tracking. Some eligible single-item orders to remote destinations, PO Boxes or locations with limited tracked service may be sent using an available Canada Post service without tracking when suitable for the item. Shipments sent without tracking will not have tracking updates or delivery scans.

Delivery is generally estimated at 2–8 business days after shipment, but carrier volume, weather, remote destinations and other delays can affect delivery times.

Orders containing in-stock items together with pre-orders or Special Orders will ship once all items are available and ready to ship. If you would like an in-stock item sooner, place it as a separate order. Release dates and distributor arrival timelines may change.

Orders are packed with care for transit. Steelbooks are boxed with protective bubble wrap and are never shipped in bubble mailers. Packaging methods may vary depending on the size, weight and contents of the order.

Items may be added to a pending, unfulfilled order where possible. If the combined merchandise total reaches our free-shipping threshold before shipment, free standard shipping will apply where eligible.

Pending orders may also be combined where practical. Shipping charges may be recalculated or adjusted when orders are updated or combined. Any applicable shipping adjustment will depend on how the order was updated and the payment or checkout method used.

Shipping adjustments may be reviewed case by case for remote destinations, PO Boxes, oversized or unusually heavy shipments, or orders requiring an alternate shipping service.
