A Banquet Limited Edition (UK Import) [Region B Blu-ray]

A Banquet Limited Edition (UK Import) Blu-ray presents Ruth Paxton’s stark and unsettling psychological horror in a deluxe UK collector’s edition. Anchored by a chilling performance from Sienna Guillory, the film follows widowed mother Holly as her teenage daughter Betsey claims to have experienced a divine awakening. Refusing food yet showing no physical decline, Betsey insists she has been chosen to serve a higher power, while her increasingly erratic behaviour fractures the family and blurs the line between faith, delusion, and control. Minimalist and deeply disturbing, A Banquet unfolds as a slow-burn examination of grief, belief, bodily autonomy, and maternal terror, building dread through restraint rather than spectacle.
