A Man and a Woman [Blu-ray]

A Man and a Woman Blu-ray presents Claude Lelouch’s intoxicating landmark of 1960s romantic cinema in a director-approved edition. Set against the windswept beaches of Normandy, the film follows two widowed single parents—race-car driver Jean-Louis and script supervisor Anne—whose tentative romance unfolds through memory, hesitation, and longing. Carried by the luminous chemistry of Jean-Louis Trintignant and Anouk Aimée, Lelouch’s film blends colour and black-and-white imagery, fluid editing, and Francis Lai’s unforgettable score into a rapturous meditation on love, grief, and emotional renewal.
