Agitator Limited Editon [Blu-ray]

Agitator Blu-ray presents Takashi Miike’s sprawling 2001 yakuza epic in a limited edition release that captures the director at the height of his most explosive creative period. Sparked by the murder of a low-level gangster, a complex power struggle unfolds within Japan’s criminal underworld as senior yakuza bosses maneuver behind closed doors while street-level enforcers spiral toward violence. Written by Shigenori Takechi and directed by Miike in the same year as Ichi the Killer and Visitor Q, Agitator balances procedural realism with operatic intensity, delivering a dense, multi-perspective portrait of organized crime. This edition includes both the original theatrical cut and the rarely seen two-part extended version, long unavailable outside of Japan.
