Alpha (UK Import) [4K Ultra HD + Region B Blu-ray]

Alpha 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray presents Julia Ducournau’s French-language drama in a UK import release from Curzon Film. Mélissa Boros stars as Alpha, a troubled 13-year-old girl living alone with her mother, whose already fragile world is shaken when Alpha comes home from school with a tattoo on her arm.

What begins as a shocking discovery soon opens into a tense, unsettling story of family, fear and transformation. Ducournau brings her distinctive approach to body horror and emotional unease to a story centred on a mother, a daughter and the unknown threat that suddenly enters their lives.

Starring Emma Mackey, Golshifteh Farahani, Mélissa Boros and Tahar Rahim, Alpha arrives with the film presented on region-free 4K UHD in HDR10, plus a Region B Blu-ray containing the film and special features, including interviews, Julia Ducournau’s short film Junior, a video essay and theatrical trailer.
