Barbed Wire Dolls Blu-ray presents Jess Franco’s 1976 women-in-prison exploitation film from Delirium Home Video. Starring Lina Romay, Monica Swinn, Paul Muller, Roger Darton and Eric Falk, the film is one of Franco’s most notorious collaborations with producer Erwin C. Dietrich.

Lina Romay stars as Maria, a young woman sent to a remote prison after a violent family tragedy. Inside, she finds herself trapped in a cruel institution ruled by a corrupt warden, where control, humiliation and survival shape daily life behind bars.

Lurid, confrontational and unmistakably Franco, Barbed Wire Dolls stands as a key entry in the director’s European exploitation catalogue. This Region A Blu-ray edition includes commentary, interviews, featurette, trailer reel, English SDH subtitles and a limited edition spot gloss slipcover.
