Basket Case 3: The Progeny [Blu-ray]

Basket Case 3: The Progeny Blu-ray brings Frank Henenlotter’s wildly macabre horror-comedy sequel to high definition from original 35mm vault materials. The third film in the cult Basket Case series, this outrageous follow-up continues the strange saga of Duane and Belial with more twisted family drama, monster-movie chaos and Henenlotter’s unmistakable underground style.

After being separated once again from his conjoined twin brother Duane, Belial discovers that he is about to become a father. When Mrs. Belial gives birth to a litter of unusual newborns, the celebration quickly turns into a nightmare after the police take the babies away.

With his family threatened, Belial sets out to get them back, leading to another round of bizarre mayhem from one of cult horror’s most unforgettable creations. Synapse Films presents Basket Case 3: The Progeny in a high-definition transfer for fans of creature features, horror-comedy and video-store-era cult cinema.
