The Black Eagle Blu-ray edition brings the late-’80s Cold War action thriller to collectors in its best presentation yet. Master martial artist Ken Tani (Sho Kosugi) is deployed to recover a top-secret laser tracking device before it falls into KGB hands, forcing him into a deadly showdown with the ruthless Andrei—played by a young Jean-Claude Van Damme early in his rise to stardom. Directed by Eric Karson, Black Eagle blends espionage, martial-arts combat and international intrigue into a fan-favourite slice of vintage action cinema.
