Black Jack is a gifted surgeon who works without a medical licence, taking on cases other doctors cannot solve and setting his own price. Accompanied by Pinoko, he travels wherever his patients need him, confronting illnesses that test both his surgical skill and his understanding of the human body.

Adapted from Osamu Tezuka's manga, this AnimEigo collection brings together all twelve OVA episodes in high definition, including the original ten-episode series directed by Osamu Dezaki and the two Black Jack Final episodes.

The English dub covers episodes 1ā€“10.
