Black Rabbit, White Rabbit Standard Edition [Blu-ray]

Black Rabbit, White Rabbit Standard Edition Blu-ray presents Shahram Mokri’s hypnotic mystery drama — a labyrinthine puzzle of mirrored identities, nonlinear storytelling and shifting realities from one of contemporary Iranian cinema’s most inventive filmmakers.

A fatal gun deal, a troubled film production and a woman isolated within her apartment gradually become entangled through recurring events, doubles and uncanny repetitions. As timelines overlap and perspectives fracture, the film blurs the boundaries between fiction and reality, transforming into an intricate cinematic maze where every action echoes across multiple layers of narrative.

Following acclaimed works such as Fish & Cat and Careless Crime, director Shahram Mokri continues his exploration of cyclical storytelling and temporal dislocation with a visually mesmerizing and intellectually challenging mystery that rewards close attention and repeated viewings.
