Bluebeard UK Import 4K Ultra HD presents Edward Dmytryk’s lavish psychological thriller in a brand-new 4K restoration. Richard Burton stars as Kurt Von Sepper, an Austrian aristocrat known for his blue-toned beard, his wealth and his disturbing history with the women in his life.
When Von Sepper’s latest wife, Anne, enters the one room he has forbidden her to open, she uncovers the horrifying truth about his previous marriages. As the mystery of Von Sepper’s past is revealed, Bluebeard becomes a dark tale of obsession, control and secrets hidden behind aristocratic elegance.
Featuring Richard Burton, Nathalie Delon, Raquel Welch and Virna Lisi, Bluebeard arrives on UK import 4K Ultra HD from Studiocanal with new artwork, a booklet essay and newly produced on-disc extras.
