Castle Keep Blu-ray presents Sydney Pollack’s haunting and unconventional World War II drama in high definition. Burt Lancaster stars as a hardened, one-eyed American major tasked with defending a medieval Belgian castle during the final days of the war.

Blending gothic atmosphere with surreal touches and anti-war themes, Castle Keep stands apart from traditional combat films of its era. Pollack’s visually striking direction and Lancaster’s commanding performance transform this battlefield assignment into a meditation on art, destruction and the absurdity of war.
