Cutter's Way Standard Edition [4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray]

Cutter’s Way Standard Edition 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray presents Ivan Passer’s 1981 California noir in a 2-disc release from Radiance. Starring Jeff Bridges, John Heard, Lisa Eichhorn and Stephen Elliott, the film is a cynical, haunting mystery rooted in post-Vietnam disillusionment, paranoia and the damaged promises of the American dream.

Richard Bone is a laid-back drifter who becomes connected to a murder investigation after witnessing something suspicious late at night. His friend Alex Cutter, a volatile Vietnam veteran, becomes convinced that a powerful local oil tycoon is tied to the crime and pushes Bone into a dangerous attempt to expose him.

Bleak, gripping and emotionally charged, Cutter’s Way has grown into one of the essential American noirs of the early 1980s. This Standard Edition includes a new 4K restoration from the original camera negative, UHD and Blu-ray presentations, multiple archival commentaries, interviews, featurettes, introductions, trailers and isolated music track.
