Danza Macabra Volume Two: The Italian Gothic Collection [4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray]

Danza Macabra Volume Two 4K Ultra HD resurrects four rare and essential works of Italian Gothic horror in one monumental Severin Films collection — featuring three classic films and one landmark mini-series, fully restored and presented in UHD for the first time. Step into the fog-drenched world of haunted castles, twisted desires, and forbidden rituals that defined Italy’s most atmospheric era of horror cinema.

Gothic icon Barbara Steele stars in Antonio Margheriti’s Castle of Blood and its Italian-language version Danza Macabra, both newly restored and scanned in 4K from the original elements. Giorgio Albertazzi’s acclaimed 1969 RAI-TV miniseries Jekyll reimagines Stevenson’s tale of duality as a psychological descent into madness. Corrado Farina’s They Have Changed Their Face turns the Dracula myth into a modern capitalist nightmare, while Rosalba Neri surrenders to satanic temptation in The Devil’s Lover, now restored and uncut for the first time.

With over 13 collective hours of bonus content — including interviews, commentaries, essays, and the complete soundtrack CD for The Devil’s Lover — this four-title collection stands as a definitive tribute to the dark, elegant, and perverse beauty of Italian Gothic cinema.
