Dead Again [4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray]

Emma Thompson (Howards End) and director/star Kenneth Branagh (The Gingerbread Man) give dazzling dual-role performances in this supernatural-tinged romantic murder mystery. Mike Church (Branagh) is an L.A. gumshoe with a knack for tossing off wisecracks and tracking down missing persons. But Church doesn’t have a clue when he’s hired to help a beautiful amnesia victim (Thompson) tormented by blood-curdling nightmares. Then an eccentric antiques dealer and hypnotist (Derek Jacobi, Hamlet) leads Church to a startling discovery: The source of the nightmares may lie in a past-life connection to Margaret Strauss, a world-famous pianist allegedly murdered by her composer husband...in 1948. In the classic Gothic tradition of Rebecca and Spellbound, Dead Again “brings an entertaining genre back to life” (Los Angeles Daily News). Co-starring Andy Garcia (Things to Do in Denver When You’re Dead), Hanna Schygulla (Love Is Colder Than Death) and Robin Williams (The Best of Times).
