Death By Dialogue (1988) (US Import) [Blu-ray]

Death By Dialogue 1988 Blu-ray brings the underseen meta-slasher to Blu-ray with a new transfer and restoration from the original 1-inch master tape, courtesy of Terror Vision.

A group of friends head to a secluded house in the hills for a weekend getaway, only to discover a mysterious screenplay with a terrifying power. Whatever is written in its pages begins coming true, turning their trip into a series of increasingly deadly set pieces.

Blending supernatural horror, slasher conventions and a self-aware movie-within-a-movie premise, Death By Dialogue delivers practical effects, synth-driven atmosphere and distinctly 1980s horror mayhem. This Region Free release includes newly produced cast and crew interviews, a City Lights trailer reel and newly created subtitles.
