Debbie Does Demons (2023) [Blu-ray]

Debbie Does Demons 2023 Blu-ray delivers a colourful throwback to the anything-goes world of shot-on-video horror from filmmaker Donald Farmer, blending supernatural mayhem, occult horror and low-budget exploitation.

Lauren and her friends accidentally unleash Carmilla, a centuries-old witch, during a Ouija board session. As Carmilla begins killing the group and transforming her victims into bloodthirsty demons, their best hope becomes Debbie, the host of a local television show and self-proclaimed expert in the occult.

Starring Jessa Flux, Morrigan Thompson and Angel Bradford, Debbie Does Demons embraces the aesthetic and energy of 1980s video-store horror while continuing Farmer’s decades-long fascination with unconventional genre filmmaking.
