Deep Red Standard Edition [4K Ultra HD]

Deep Red Standard Edition 4K Ultra HD delivers Dario Argento’s definitive giallo masterpiece in a new 4K restoration from the original negative by Arrow Films. A feverish blend of baroque violence, surreal mystery and progressive rock intensity, this 1975 landmark remains one of the most influential horror films ever made.

When musician Marcus Daly (David Hemmings) witnesses the brutal axe murder of a psychic in her apartment, he becomes obsessed with solving the crime. Convinced he saw something crucial he cannot quite remember, Marcus begins his own investigation, uncovering a labyrinth of secrets, childhood trauma and shocking revelations. As the killer closes in, the line between witness and victim begins to blur.

Driven by a legendary score from Goblin and packed with some of the most iconic set pieces in Italian horror, Deep Red (Profondo Rosso) is widely regarded as the pinnacle of Argento’s giallo cycle and a blueprint for the modern slasher.
