Faces of Death IV [4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray]

Faces of Death IV 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray brings the fourth and final shot-on-film entry in the notorious exploitation series to 4K UHD and Blu-ray, newly scanned and restored in 4K from the original 35mm camera negative.

Following the death of series figure Dr. Francis B. Gröss, his colleague Dr. Louis Flellis takes over as host, presenting another collection of staged and sensational case studies examining mortality through the franchise’s signature mock-documentary format.

Produced nearly a decade after the original Faces of Death, this 1990 installment shifts further toward overt exploitation and darkly comic presentation while retaining the pseudo-documentary structure that made the series a cult video-store phenomenon.
