Framed (1975) Limited Edition (Australian Import) [Blu-ray]

Framed Limited Edition Blu-ray presents Phil Karlson’s hard-edged 1975 revenge thriller in a region free Australian import release. Reuniting Karlson with Walking Tall star Joe Don Baker, the film delivers a brutal Southern crime story about corruption, betrayal and one man’s obsessive drive for payback.

Gambler Ron Lewis is falsely accused of murder, then forced into a deadly confrontation with a violent deputy sheriff. Railroaded by corrupt cops and crooked lawyers, Ron is sent to prison for a crime he did not commit.

When he finally gets out, Ron sets his sights on the people who destroyed his life, launching a relentless campaign of revenge against everyone who helped put him behind bars. The final film from director Phil Karlson, Framed stands as a tough, grimy entry in the 1970s revenge-thriller cycle.
