Fungicide [Visual Vengeance Collector's Edition] [Blu-ray]

Fungicide Blu-ray unleashes one of the most infamous no-budget horror oddities of the early 2000s, where killer mushrooms, mad science, and unhinged DIY filmmaking collide in spectacular fashion. Set in a remote forest bed and breakfast, the story follows five strangers whose quiet getaway turns deadly when a deranged scientist accidentally creates an army of murderous fungi bent on total domination.

Written and directed by Dave Wascavage, the cult filmmaker behind Suburban Sasquatch, Fungicide pushes outsider cinema into full surreal overdrive. Featuring mushroom samurai battles, puppet karate decapitations, and baffling CGI experimentation, the film has earned legendary status among fans of so-bad-its-transcendent cinema, bolstered by heavy rotation on RiffTrax and Red Letter Media.

Presented here in Visual Vengeance’s Collector’s Edition, Fungicide arrives with an exhaustive slate of commentaries, alternate versions, physical collectibles, and the complete RiffTrax cut, making this the definitive release of one of cult cinema’s most bewildering creations.
