Gwendoline 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray presents Just Jaeckin’s final feature film in its North American UHD premiere from Severin Films. Tawny Kitaen stars as Gwendoline, an adventurous young woman swept into an exotic, dangerous journey filled with treasure hunting, strange societies and pulpy fantasy spectacle.

Based on the Sweet Gwendoline comic strip, the film blends erotic adventure, fantasy, exploitation and Indiana Jones-style serial thrills into one of the most distinctive cult oddities of the 1980s. Brent Huff, Zabou Breitman, Bernadette Lafont and Jean Rougerie co-star in this lavishly designed adult adventure from the director of Emmanuelle and The Story of O.

This 3-disc collection includes both the Uncut European Version and the U.S. release version, The Perils of Gwendoline in the Land of the Yik Yak, newly scanned in 4K from the original camera negative. Featuring the film on 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray, this edition includes more than 6 hours of special features, including commentaries, interviews, archival material, promos, photospread and trailers.
