Heller in Pink Tights (1960) Limited Edition (Australian Import) [Blu-ray]

Heller in Pink Tights 1960 Limited Edition Blu-ray presents George Cukor’s colourful Technicolor western in its worldwide Blu-ray debut from Imprint. Sophia Loren and Anthony Quinn star in this theatrical Paramount picture based on Louis L’Amour’s novel Heller with a Gun.

Set in nineteenth-century Wyoming, the film follows mild-mannered theatre impresario Tom Healy, whose travelling troupe is constantly short on money thanks in part to leading lady Angela’s expensive taste in clothes. With creditors close behind, the company arrives in Cheyenne, where Angela draws attention from both a lovestruck theatre owner and a dangerous gunslinger.

Vivacious, stylish and ripe for rediscovery, Heller in Pink Tights blends western adventure, backstage comedy and classic Hollywood star power. This Limited Edition Australian import includes a 1080p Blu-ray presentation, new video essay, theatrical trailer and English HOH subtitles, limited to 1,500 copies.
