Henry and June (1990) Limited Edition (Australian Import) [Blu-ray]

Henry and June (1990) Limited Edition Blu-ray presents Philip Kaufman’s 1990 literary drama in an Australian import region free release. Based on Anaïs Nin’s posthumously published memoir, the film is set in 1931 Paris and follows Nin as she becomes drawn into the bohemian world of writer Henry Miller and his wife June.

Though Anaïs lives comfortably with her husband Ian, she feels creatively and emotionally unfulfilled. Her connection with Henry opens the door to a new artistic circle, while her fascination with June complicates the emotional ties between all three and pulls her deeper into a world of desire, jealousy and ambition.

Starring Maria de Medeiros, Fred Ward, Uma Thurman and Richard E. Grant, Henry and June is an elegant and provocative period drama from the director of The Unbearable Lightness of Being. This Limited Edition Blu-ray includes a 1080p presentation, new interview with Maria de Medeiros, trailer, TV spot, English LPCM 2.0 audio, English HOH subtitles and limited edition packaging.
