The Joysticks Blu-ray collector’s edition brings the outrageous 1983 arcade comedy back to life in a fully restored HD presentation. When a small-town video arcade becomes ground zero for pranks, pandemonium and pixel-fuelled hijinks, manager Jeff, rookie employee Eugene and gaming legend Dorfus must defend their hangout from moral crusader Joseph Rutter. Between strip-video pranks, King Vidiot’s neon-soaked invasions, and a winner-takes-all gaming showdown, Joysticks remains a gleefully ridiculous slice of early-80s comedy from director Greydon Clark.
