Kid From Kwangtung [Blu-ray]

Kid From Kwangtung Blu-ray delivers high-flying kung fu chaos straight from the legendary Shaw Brothers Studio, blending slapstick comedy, supernatural hijinks, and gravity-defying martial arts action. When an evil martial arts master murders his own teacher, two bickering fighters find themselves next on the hit list and are forced into an uneasy alliance to survive.

Starring Wong Yu and Chiang Kam, with the iconic Hwang Jang-li as the villain, the film plays like a fever-dream mashup of kung fu comedy and horror-tinged fantasy. Packed with outrageous choreography, jaw-dropping wire work, and broad comedic energy, Kid From Kwangtung stands as one of the most entertaining and offbeat entries of the early video store era.

Presented by 88 Films, this Blu-ray release features a global-best restoration and new artwork, giving this cult Shaw Brothers classic its definitive home video presentation.
