The Magic Cop Blu-ray brings Lam Ching-ying back in peak form as Officer Feng, a no-nonsense policeman and Taoist master who discovers a sinister scheme: drug smugglers are using resurrected corpses to transport narcotics across Hong Kong. Blending supernatural lore, Hong Kong action and deadpan comedy, the film showcases Lam’s iconic presence and the mystical Taoist techniques that made him a genre legend. Restored in HD and presented with newly translated subtitles, this edition celebrates a cult favourite from the golden age of Hong Kong cinema.
