Master and Commander: Far Side of the World 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray UK import brings Peter Weir’s sweeping naval epic to 4K with Dolby Vision and Dolby Audio. Russell Crowe stars as Captain “Lucky” Jack Aubrey, commander of HMS Surprise, who pursues a powerful French warship across vast oceans during the Napoleonic Wars.

After a devastating surprise attack leaves his vessel crippled, Aubrey must weigh duty against loyalty as he leads his crew on a relentless chase through treacherous waters. Anchored by a commanding performance from Crowe and a nuanced turn from Paul Bettany as ship’s surgeon Stephen Maturin, the film blends rousing sea combat with intimate character drama, capturing the harsh realities and camaraderie of life at sea.
