Megadoc Blu-ray presents Mike Figgis’ behind-the-scenes documentary chronicling Francis Ford Coppola’s decades-long effort to bring his self-financed passion project Megalopolis to the screen.

Using archival material, candid cast interviews and extensive access to the production, the film follows Coppola’s creative process as he draws from Roman history, political allegory and his own long-developed ideas to shape the world of Megalopolis.

Rather than simply documenting the mechanics of a large-scale production, Megadoc offers an intimate portrait of Coppola at work, capturing the personal ambition, uncertainty and experimentation behind one of the filmmaker’s most singular projects.
