Mermaids Limited Edition (UK Import) [Region B Blu-ray]

Mermaids Limited Edition Blu-ray presents Richard Benjamin’s beloved 1990 coming-of-age comedy drama in a UK import release from 88 Films. Set in 1963, the film stars Cher as Rachel Flax, a free-spirited mother whose restless approach to life often clashes with her more serious teenage daughter, Charlotte, played by Winona Ryder.

As Charlotte tries to make sense of family, faith, first love and the changes happening around her, her relationship with her mother becomes increasingly complicated. With strong supporting turns from Bob Hoskins and Christina Ricci, Mermaids balances warmth, humour and emotional insight in a story about growing up and finding your own place within an unconventional family.

Featuring a memorable pre-Beatles pop soundtrack and Cher’s hit version of The Shoop Shoop Song, Mermaids remains a charming and heartfelt favourite. This UK limited edition Blu-ray includes new extras, reversible sleeve, original poster artwork O-ring and collectible postcards.
