Mosquito (20th Anniversary Edition) [Blu-ray]

Mosquito 20th Anniversary Edition Blu-ray brings Gary Jones’ 1995 giant-insect cult classic to high definition. Blending science fiction, creature-feature horror, practical effects and offbeat humour, Mosquito delivers old-school monster movie fun with a full swarm of mutated terror.

A quiet park becomes a nightmare when campers are suddenly attacked by a horde of giant mutated mosquitos. As panic spreads, a small group of survivors bands together in a desperate attempt to escape the swarm and warn the outside world before the threat grows even larger.

Starring Gunnar Hansen, Ron Asheton, Steve Dixon, Tim Lovelace and Josh Becker, Mosquito is a practical-effects-driven creature feature made with traditional stop-motion and monster-movie energy. This Synapse Films 20th Anniversary Edition includes commentary, making-of material, deleted and extended scenes, behind-the-scenes footage, trailer, still gallery and reversible cover art.
