After Van Helsing kills their father, vampire Nadja and her companion Renfield are drawn back toward her ailing twin brother Edgar. Their encounters entangle a New York couple and Edgarā€™s nurse in a struggle between bloodlines. Executive produced by David Lynch, Michael Almereydaā€™s independent vampire film combines luminous black-and-white photography with dreamlike Pixelvision imagery.
