Never Take Sweets From A Stranger Blu-ray presents one of Hammer’s most controversial and mature dramas in a high definition remaster. Directed by Cyril Frankel, the film confronts the issue of child abuse with restraint and seriousness, avoiding sensationalism while delivering a deeply unsettling portrait of social denial and moral cowardice.

Far removed from Hammer’s gothic horrors, this stark and uncompromising thriller remains one of the studio’s boldest and most socially conscious works.

directed by: Cyril Frankel
starring: Gwen Watford, Patrick Allen, Felix Aylmer
