Noriko's Dinner Table Limited Edition (Australian Import) [Blu-ray]

Noriko’s Dinner Table Blu-ray expands the unsettling world of Sion Sono’s Suicide Club into something far more intimate and emotionally devastating. Following a teenage girl who abandons her home for Tokyo, the film descends into the eerie reality of a “rental family” agency, where identity, performance, and loneliness begin to blur.

More than just J-horror, Noriko’s Dinner Table is a haunting reflection on disconnection in the digital age, combining lo-fi textures with surreal storytelling. Shot on digital video and later transferred to 35mm, this director approved special edition restores the film from original picture and sound elements, preserving its raw, unsettling atmosphere while elevating its presentation.
