Palindromes Limited Edition [Blu-ray]

Palindromes Blu-ray presents Todd Solondz’s provocative and darkly satirical portrait of adolescence, identity and obsession, newly restored in 4K from the original negative.

Palindromes Blu-ray follows Aviva, a teenage girl consumed by her desire to become a mother, no matter the consequences. Portrayed by multiple actors throughout the film, her journey unfolds as a fragmented and unsettling exploration of identity, morality and the contradictions of modern American life. As she navigates a series of increasingly extreme situations, Solondz uses her story to dissect the naivety, hypocrisy and emotional disconnect embedded in post-9/11 suburbia.

Featuring performances from Ellen Barkin, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Sharon Wilkins, Palindromes stands as one of Solondz’s most daring and divisive works, blending uncomfortable humour with deeply unsettling themes.
