Possession (1981) LE Steelbook 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray presents Andrzej Żuławski’s legendary psychological horror drama in a world exclusive Australian import Steelbook release. Set in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, the film stars Isabelle Adjani and Sam Neill as a couple whose marriage collapses into paranoia, obsession and terrifying emotional extremes.

Banned in the UK for nearly two decades and heavily cut for its original U.S. release, Possession has since become one of the most intense and singular cult films of the 1980s. Blending horror, psychological drama, Cold War anxiety and surreal nightmare imagery, Żuławski’s film remains impossible to classify and unforgettable in its impact.

Presented here in a director-approved 4K UHD edition, Possession arrives with extensive extras including multiple commentaries, video essay, making-of documentary, interviews, U.S. cut, location featurette, poster analysis, trailers and world exclusive Steelbook packaging.
