Salt Along the Tongue [Blu-ray]

Salt Along the Tongue Blu-ray presents Parish Malfitano’s supernatural horror film about grief, family and possession, starring Laneikka Denne, Dina Panozzo and Caroline Levien.

After the death of her mother, Mattia moves in with her estranged aunt, her mother’s identical twin. As she attempts to adjust to the loss and an unfamiliar home, a malevolent supernatural presence begins closing in around her.

From beyond the grave, Mattia’s mother possesses her daughter in an effort to protect her, using food as a gateway between the living and the dead. Blending family trauma with supernatural horror, Salt Along the Tongue explores the increasingly dangerous bond between mother and daughter.
