Secretary (2002) Standard Edition (Australian Import) [Blu-ray]

Secretary Standard Edition Blu-ray presents Steven Shainberg’s 2002 erotic drama in an Australian import region free release. Based on the short story by Mary Gaitskill, the film stars Maggie Gyllenhaal as Lee Holloway, a young woman beginning her first job at a law office run by the demanding E. Edward Grey, played by James Spader.

As Lee settles into her new role, the relationship between secretary and employer becomes increasingly personal, complicated and unconventional. What begins as a workplace dynamic gradually develops into a strange, intimate connection shaped by control, vulnerability, desire and emotional discovery.

Stylish, provocative and darkly funny, Secretary became one of the defining independent dramas of the early 2000s, powered by memorable performances from Gyllenhaal and Spader. This Standard Edition Blu-ray includes two audio commentaries, new interviews, archival cast and crew interviews, featurette, trailer, TV spots and English HOH subtitles.
