Sisters [4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray]

Sisters 4K Ultra HD makes its worldwide UHD debut with this definitive 3-disc limited edition, featuring a 4K restoration, over four hours of special features, and an exclusive soundtrack CD. Director Douglas Buck (Family Portraits: A Trilogy of America) reimagines Brian De Palma’s cult classic with a shocking new vision of duality, madness, and murder that pushes psychological horror into bold new territory.

When investigative reporter Grace Collier (Oscar® nominee Chloë Sevigny, Boys Don’t Cry, American Psycho) pursues a story on a mysterious surgeon (Oscar® nominee Stephen Rea, The Crying Game, The Company of Wolves), she uncovers a disturbing web of identity and obsession. The case leads her to a pair of identical twins (Lou Doillon in her U.S. film debut), whose shared secret unravels in a blood-soaked nightmare of fractured minds and twisted love.

With striking performances and Buck’s unflinching direction, Sisters fuses psychological suspense and visceral horror into a haunting meditation on identity, trauma, and connection. Newly scanned in 4K from the original camera negative, this Severin Films release is the ultimate presentation of Buck’s audacious remake — complete with rare interviews, deleted scenes, and collectible extras.
