Story of O: 50th Anniversary (Australian Import) [Blu-ray]

Story of O: 50th Anniversary Blu-ray presents Just Jaeckin’s controversial 1975 French adult drama in a region free Australian import release from Madman Entertainment. Long discussed for its provocative subject matter and striking 1970s style, the film remains one of the most widely known European art-house titles of its era.

Adapted from the novel published under the name Pauline Réage, Story of O follows a woman drawn into an intense and unusual relationship that challenges ideas of desire, control and personal freedom. Stylish, provocative and designed to unsettle, the film became a major talking point in French cinema and beyond.

This 50th Anniversary Blu-ray edition includes the feature in high definition along with a trailer, interview with director Just Jaeckin, a feature on the mystery of author Dominique Aury and a stills gallery.
