Suburban Mayhem Limited Edition [Blu-ray]

Suburban Mayhem LE Blu-ray is a razor-sharp Australian crime drama that tears apart the myth of suburban normalcy. Equal parts black comedy, psychological thriller and social satire, Paul Goldman's acclaimed film examines the destructive power of manipulation through the eyes of one of modern Australian cinema's most unforgettable antiheroes.

Nineteen-year-old Katrina appears to have everything under control. Beautiful, charismatic and fiercely determined, she navigates a world of petty crime, fast cars and fractured family relationships with remarkable confidence. But beneath the surface lies a far darker agenda. As pressure mounts from her father and her beloved brother remains behind bars for murder, Katrina begins pulling the strings of those around her in pursuit of exactly what she wants, regardless of the consequences.

Featuring a breakout performance from Emily Barclay and an early screen appearance by Mia Wasikowska, Suburban Mayhem remains a provocative and unsettling portrait of obsession, selfishness and moral decay. More than a crime story, it is a darkly comic examination of how far someone will go when they believe the rules simply do not apply to them.
