The Conversation (Australian Import) [4K Ultra HD]

The Conversation 4K Ultra HD presents Francis Ford Coppola’s 1974 surveillance thriller starring Gene Hackman as Harry Caul, a private wiretapping expert whose professional detachment begins to collapse after one routine assignment reveals something far more dangerous than expected.

Harry is hired to record a conversation between a couple in San Francisco, but as he studies the tape, he becomes convinced that the people he recorded may be in danger. Drawn deeper into secrecy, guilt and paranoia, Harry’s obsession with the recording forces him to confront both the consequences of his work and the limits of his own control.

Released between The Godfather and The Godfather Part II, The Conversation remains one of Coppola’s most acclaimed films: a tense, intimate and haunting study of surveillance, privacy and moral responsibility. This Australian import 4K Ultra HD release includes interviews, Q&A material, archival footage, screen tests, location featurette, trailers, commentaries and more.
