The Crippled Masters [Blu-ray]

The Crippled Masters Blu-ray marks the official worldwide disc premiere of one of the most outrageous and unforgettable cult martial arts films ever unleashed. Newly scanned in 4K from the interpositive and loaded with three hours of all-new special features, this Severin Films release finally gives the grindhouse legend its due.

When a ruthless crime boss maims two men in separate acts of cruelty — severing the arms of one and destroying the legs of another — he believes he has ended their usefulness forever. Instead, the pair train under a mysterious master and learn to fight as one unified force, combining their abilities into a singular, unstoppable martial arts weapon bent on vengeance. Wild, audacious and unlike anything else in the genre, The Crippled Masters became a sensation on 42nd Street and has since earned its reputation as one of the strangest cult kung fu films ever made.

Directed by Chi Lo (also known as Joe Law), this singular 1979 martial arts oddity is presented here in its first official licensed disc release.
